It adopts the design of fully automatic assembly line, including destacking and stacking robot, automatic loading and unloading robot, transfer robot and supporting track fixture. The control system of each station actuator is controlled by OMRON PLC to ensure the reliability of system operation; Each PLC and detection equipment control system are directly connected with the host computer through profi net for data transmission. Each control system unit uses independent OMRON PLC as the main control unit to communicate with remote I / O module and detection equipment control system through PROFIBUS DP bus system. All units are directly connected to remote I / O box through I / O line to realize the collection and control of PLC and various equipment information. PLC and touch screen communicate through profi net network.

The estimated period of the project is 3 months, with a total investment of more than 5 million yuan. After the transformation, the automation of LED packaging workshop will be realized, and the traditional manual operation processes such as crystal fixing, wire welding and baking will be completed.

近日，我公司联合欧姆龙自动化设备有限公司开始对公司关键工序LED封装车间进行无人化改造. 规划方案适用于“久制电气固定烘干焊线自动化产线”项目的规划设计，采用全自动化流水线设计，包含了拆垛码垛机器人，自动上下料机器人，转运机器人以及配套轨道治具等设备。各个工位执行器控制系统由欧姆龙PLC控制，确保系统运行的可靠性；各个PLC与检测设备控制系统直接通过Profi-NET直连的方式与上位机连接进行进行数据传输。每一个控制系统单元均由独立欧姆龙PLC作为主控单元，通过Profibus-DP总线系统与远程I/O模块、检测设备控制系统进行通讯，所有部机均通过I/O线直接接入远程I/O箱，实现PLC与各种设备信息的采集与控制。PLC与触摸屏通过Profi-NET网络进行通讯。

项目预计周期3个月，合计投入500余万。完成改造后将会实现LED封装车间自动化完成固晶，焊线，烘烤等传统手工作业工序。
